Final Performance — Musica Sierra Presents: Hello, Cricket! 🌿

Join us for an enchanting evening with Hello, Cricket!, a brand-new musical adventure especially composed for first graders and inspired by the wonders of invertebrates — created in collaboration with The Chivalrous Crickets, a band rooted in folk-Celtic, American roots, and early European traditions.

The gorgeous Nature Center in Beckwourth — a perfect backdrop for song, story, and science to meet.

After a week of engaging in schools across Sierra-Plumas, Plumas, and Tahoe Truckee Unified, hundreds of students have explored the natural world through music, story, and play. For each student there’s also a Musical Field Journal — a companion guide for drawing, journaling, and reflecting that deepens the connection between science, self, and song.

Come celebrate the culmination of this incredible journey. Let’s sing, learn, and marvel together. ✨
